Music has always been a social occasion for Andy. He accompanied the first of many musicals, a 6th grade production of Oliver at the age of 11 and became a church organist the year later. At 16 he was musical director for New Jersey repertory theater productions of Jaques Brelles! and Stephen Sondheim's A funny thing happened on the way to the Forum.

Andy graduated from Yale College in 1980 where he accompanied the Yale Glee Club, sang in the a cappella group, "the Duke's men" and performed a senior recital of works by Bach, Schubert, Liszt, Ravel, and Prokofiev. A year later he was in San Francisco at the keyboard in Davies Symphony Hall to perform with the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus. Engagements at Kimball's SF, Max's Opera Cafe, Mark Hopkin's Nob Hill Room and Mason's at the Fairmont ended his association with SFGMC and enabled him to complete an MBA at San Francisco State University.

Today Andy is a manager of software development at a financial institution and appears at private gatherings to share his love of music and broad repertoire with old friends and new, like you. His engaging personality and musical gifts will help your guests feel both more at ease and "joie de vivre."

You pick the mood for your event, and Andy will work with you to create an intimate soundscape for dining or an energizing backdrop for your cocktail party.
